Mission / function
According to the Chef's instructions, their main function is to prepare, cook and present the food offered by the restaurant.
In the following order:
- Receive the genre of your batch (depending on which one you get; fish, meat, cold chamber and dessert).
- Rationing, storing and "mise en plase" of the genre
- Keeping the game on the day (previous elaboration and everything in place)
- During the service, prepare the dishes according to the technical data sheet
- Replenishment of the consignment and reporting of the missing gender
- Clean the kitchen and make sure it is in perfect condition for food handling.
- Basic studies
- 2 years as a restaurant cook with a la carte menu
