Task description

In the following order:

  • Receive the genre of your batch (depending on which one you get; fish, meat, cold chamber and dessert).
  • Rationing, storing and "mise en plase" of the genre
  • Keeping the game on the day (previous elaboration and everything in place)
  • During the service, prepare the dishes according to the technical data sheet
  • Replenishment of the consignment and reporting of the missing gender
  • Clean the kitchen and make sure it is in perfect condition for food handling.

Requirements

  • Basic studies
  • 2 years as a restaurant cook with a la carte menu
