Task description

  • Organising fridges and cupboards, checking the temperature of the fridges and the state of the food.
  • Washing, peeling and cutting pulses, vegetables, fish, meat, etc.
  • Actively collaborate with the cook during service.
  • Cleaning and tidying up kitchen workstations
  • At all times, properly dispose of tools, utensils and working material.

Requirements

  • Basic studies
  • 6 months as an assistant in a kitchen environment

Important observations

  • A course in occupational risk prevention would be an asset
  • Food handling course would be an asset
