We have organized the counter distinguishing two points of customer service: One for the traditional Check In / Out and resolution of queries, and on the other hand the area to perform the Express Check In, for customers who have checked in online, to avoid queues and at the same time offer an optimal service.

We offer and recommend the option of checking in online before your arrival, quickly, comfortably and safely. You only need to specify the reservation number and follow the simple steps indicated below, from your computer or mobile device, to be able to perform express check-in upon arrival.

If you have questions about the online check-in, do not hesitate to call us and we will solve them immediately.

On the contrary, the standard face-to-face check-in is still in effect if you prefer. We will always maintain the safety distance of 1.5 meters and we have installed methacrylate screens to ensure safety. Of course, the key cards to access the room are previously disinfected and we have surgical masks available at the hotel reception.

TIME TABLE: Monday to Friday, from 7.30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. Saturdays and Sundays from 7.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. Pre-book your fantastic breakfast in the booking process or during check-in.

Our waiters will show you the entrance and escort you to your assigned table.
The buffet breakfast will be attended, where you will only have to choose between all the buffet options and wait for our waiters to serve it to you with a huge smile! In this way, we offer a comprehensive service, but minimizing food handling for safety.

The living room and kitchen staff make use of the regulatory PPE appropriately. As always, the cleaning and disinfection of the spaces is guaranteed, with special vigor on the surfaces of the table, chairs and armrests, as well as all the utensils of the service after each use. Likewise, all restaurant spaces follow the same disinfection and cleaning protocol as the rest of the establishment.

Specifications according to current regulations:

• Bar / cafeteria service, from 7.30 a.m. to 11 p.m., for external customers and those staying at the hotel, whether it is table service, bar service or take away.
• Meals: from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. - prior reservation
• Dinners: from 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. - prior reservation

The Dubhe Spa will be yours, exclusively, for one hour! The relaxation area with Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and bi-thermal showers, just for you.
